BJNHS family is composed of 1343 students, with 71 teaching and 24 non-teaching personnel.

BJNHS believes that family members are important and therefore, each must grow into a well-rounded individual. Thus different organizations for students were established to cater multiple intelligence learning styles, interests, skills and craft of each student to reach the maximum zone of potential of each student. As for the teaching & non-teaching personnel s' growth and development, activities like seminars, training, team building and the like. Were initiated and prepared annually by the faculty club officers and administrative officers & staff to ensure quality education excellence in the work place and become holistic individuals.
